Delete your Pause Challenge account
You can request deletion of your game account and associated data even if you have uninstalled the app. You do not need to reinstall it.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@univerlist.com with the subject Pause Challenge account deletion. Include your Player ID if you have it, which platform you used (iOS or Android), and an address where we can reply. If you do not know your Player ID, explain which Apple or Google sign-in you used, if any. We may ask for limited proof that you control the account before deletion. Never send a password, verification code, full receipt or payment-card details.
Delete inside the game
If you still have access, open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. This works for a guest account as well as an account linked to Apple or Google, subject to successful server processing.
What happens to your data
- The game account is disabled and its sessions revoked when the deletion request is processed.
- Our backend currently schedules account and user-scoped gameplay data for permanent removal after a seven-day grace period. Completion depends on the cleanup job running successfully.
- Progress, coins, lives and other account-scoped items are lost. Deleting a game account does not cancel or reverse an App Store or Google Play purchase or remove the store's order history.
- Records that must be kept for legal, tax, security or dispute reasons, backups, support messages and data held independently by Apple, Google or another provider may remain for the applicable period. See our retention and deletion policy.
If you are a parent or guardian requesting deletion of a child's account, use the same email address and explain your relationship to the player. We will explain any identity verification needed without asking the child for unnecessary information.
